Innovations in Long Term Care Quality Grants

The Illinois General Assembly enacted legislation that required the Illinois Department of Public Health to establish a long-term care quality grant program that demonstrates the best practices and innovations for long term care service delivery, and housing.

Grants are awarded to programs that show innovations and measurable improvement in resident care, quality of life, use of technology, or customer satisfaction in a long-term care setting.

The Illinois Pioneer Coalition supports the efforts of these organizations to improve the lives of elders and others that live in long term care environments.
